From the first appointment with our office, the client is made aware of the terms and conditions of pricing either verbally or in writing thanks to the general terms and conditions of transactions of the contract he may be asked to sign.
The pricing of fees are formulated in principle on the basis of the total number of hours devoted to the execution of a job, taking into account the factors of complexity of the service, the nature of the service provided and the client's situation.
It is, however, possible that a one-off amount may be envisaged from the outset as a fee for a service.
The client is required to agree to the fees before entrusting our firm with the performance of various tasks. The sending of taxis codes and other details will prove that the client accepts the terms of invoicing.
The amounts corresponding to each fee do not include taxes and are, if applicable, increased by VAT according to the applicable rate.
Fees shall be paid in accordance with the conditions laid down by law and regulations, in particular in cash, by cheque or by remittance on receipt of the invoice. In the event of non-payment within one month of the date indicated on the invoice, the statutory default interest shall be due.
